Hard boiled eggs are delicious in and of themselves.  When you make them into deviled eggs and add a special ingredient for flavor...magnifico!

Ingredients

12 large eggs

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon mustard

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar (adjust to taste)

Preparation

Boil the eggs for 15 to 20 minutes.  Cool the eggs in running cold water.  Peel.  Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.  Place yolks in bowl and use fork to mash into fine particles.  Combine yolks with mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar.

Place egg yolk mixture into zip-lock bag and cut one corner of bag to make a small hole. Pipe egg yolk mixture back into egg whites.

Helpful Tips: Add vinegar to water when boiling eggs to make the shells easier to remove. Adjust vinegar in egg mixture to individual taste. Vinegar helps perk up the flavor of the food. You can add other flavorings such as garlic and herb blends, pepper, etc.
